Hi, I'm Judy Addison. I did the workshop in Melbourne earlier this year with Robert Klein and was subsequently enthused to try out the instrument asap. Work however then took me in a different direction (learning and design) and so I figured I'd be doing more lurking than contributing if I joined this group. Last week however brought the opportunity to try out the instrument with a known client, who is in the process of putting together a new leadership team (of 5 plus the CEO) - there is even time - at least 6 weeks and probably more - to prepare and think before we go to using the instrument...So here I am, making a real post and keen to hear any tips on using the KGI with a new team. Kind Regards, Judy
