Coaching is a highly effective process that deepens awareness and learning, enabling teams and individuals to achieve markedly better results and enhance their quality of life with less effort.
Most of our coaching involves working closely with senior individuals and with teams, guiding them to clarify their core purpose and goals, creating strategies and plans to achieve those goals, then building their capability by developing the skills and behaviours needed to succeed.

Illuma Consulting believes we need a more inclusive, effective method for addressing issues which affect a range of stakeholders. We therefore use collaborative processes to explore issues and encourage high levels of participation.
We design processes for different client groups, giving structure to discussions so we can slow down the pace, leave behind the debating tactics and ensure different perspectives are heard.
