illuminating pathways for change

about

Rhonda Sparks

Welcome

Welcome to my website, I’m Rhonda Sparks (some of you may know me as Rhonda Tranks – a recent name change), the Director of Illuma Consulting.

I’m an Australian-based facilitator and coach who works face-to-face and virtually with clients from all around the world. I’m also a funeral celebrant.

My Philosophy

Our world is becoming increasingly complex. Challenges must be approached together, through shared learning, collaborative approaches and bold thinking unfettered by ineffective relationships.

I act as a catalyst for exploring and attaining positive change and successful outcomes for you, the team and your organisation; shedding light on new possibilities and pathways. My skill lies in drawing out that knowledge, encouraging people to shift perspectives to open up to new possibilities and contexts for applying their own wisdom.

I’m always up for a face-to-face or virtual coffee meeting to discuss your situation and how we can make it much better. Contact me via email or call +61 (0) 410 510 720.

coaching

I have faith that people know many things

Deepen Awareness

My expertise lies in drawing out that knowledge, encouraging people to shift perspectives to open up to new possibilities and contexts for applying their wisdom.

Coaching is a highly effective process that deepens awareness and learning, enabling individuals and teams to achieve markedly better results and enhance their quality of life with less effort.

Achieving Goals

My coaching involves working closely with you to clarify core purpose and goals then develop and implement strategies to achieve those goals. I’ll encourage reflection and objective examination of your professional life and personal life and how they intersect. And I’ll work with you to build the skills and behaviours needed to succeed.

Much of my coaching involves helping people navigate the complexities of organisational politics and work relationships so that they can better get on with the job.
